No Emails Opened
If your emails have a 0% open rate, this usually indicates that your solicitation email address is not an approved sender in Amazon Seller Central. Check the orange “Opened” line on the Orders graph on your Dashboard to make sure emails are being opened:
If you see 0 opens here, follow these steps to check whether your solicitation email address is an approved sender on Amazon:
- Login to Seller Central.
- Go to Buyer-Seller Messaging and click on "Messages" in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Messaging Permissions” on the right side.
- Check the "Approved Senders" list. If your solicitation email address is not listed click “Add an email address" and paste it in the data field.
- Click "Save."
